1. Refund Policy
- All payments made to IJGEA are non-refundable once the payment has been processed.
- Article Processing Charges (APCs) are used for the peer review and editorial processing of your manuscript.
- No refund will be provided for manuscripts that have been submitted and are under review, regardless of the review outcome.
- Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases where a payment is made in error (e.g., duplicate payment). Such requests must be made within 7 days of the payment date.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Authors may request to withdraw or cancel their manuscript submission at any time before it is sent for peer review.
- If a manuscript is withdrawn before the peer review process begins, no charges will be applied.
- If the manuscript has already been sent for peer review or a decision has been made by the editorial team, the cancellation request will not be accepted.
- Withdrawal of a manuscript does not guarantee a refund of any applicable charges.
