Complaints Policy
IJGEA is committed to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity, fairness, and transparency. This Complaints Policy provides a clear procedure for handling concerns or complaints related to the journal’s editorial and publication processes.These guidelines are designed to help authors prepare manuscripts that meet the high standards of IJGEA. Please read the following instructions carefully before submission.
Our Complaints Handling Process
1. Submission of Complaint
Complaints should be submitted in writing to the Editor-in-Chief at editor@ijgea.org with clear details and supporting evidence, if any.
2. Acknowledgement
The editorial office will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 5 working days.
3. Preliminary Assessment
The editorial team will review the complaint and determine whether it falls within the scope of this policy.
4. Investigation
If the complaint is valid, a fair and confidential investigation will be conducted. Additional information may be requested from relevant parties.
5. Resolution
A decision will be made based on the findings. The complainant will be informed of the outcome and any actions taken.
6. Confidentiality
All complaints will be handled with confidentiality and impartiality. Retaliation against complainants is strictly prohibited.
Important Notes
Frivolous or malicious complaints may be dismissed.
This policy does not limit any legal rights or remedies available to the parties.
